Orange Sun Teamwear LLC. Recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by users of our web site. We created this policy with a fundamental respect for our users' right to privacy and to build our relationships with our users and customers.

Orange Sun Teamwear LLC. Collects information from our website users and customers for our own and use and for the sole purpose of communicating with our customers and providing better and more efficient services to our customers.

Orange Sun Teamwear LLC. Will NEVER sell, share, provide or in any other way distribute information collected on our web site to any third party for any reason.

Cancellations and Alterations to Existing Orders

Once an Order Acknowledgment is approved, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order. Orange Sun Teamwear will make every effort to comply with your cancellation request. If you have already approved your Proof Approval, there will be a minimum charge of $50.00 to cover order entry and preparation expenses. In addition, you are liable to pay the agreed upon price for any work that may have been completed up to the time that we are able to cancel your order. These charges may include but are not limited to setup charges, artwork preparation charges, shipping charges and restocking fees. All completed work and costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.  

All cancellations must be done in writing via email, In the unlikely event that a product is backordered and cannot be delivered on time we will contact you immediately via email. Due to dye lot variances, some shading differences may occur on occasion beyond our control.

Shipping Limitation

When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.


All custom products are made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, names, or text so please make sure your order is correct and without errors. 

Orange Sun Teamwear does offer a limited guarantee for custom products because we care about your satisfaction. If your custom product has flaws or defects in workmanship then we will immediately repair your item(s). Before returning any items, you must notify our customer service department and get a return authorization within 15-days of receipt of order. 

If you are exchanging blank items for different sizes, colors etc., standard shipping rates will apply. Any free shipping discounts at time of purchase do not apply.
